Back in the hunt

After a very pleasant week in Orkney, where mothing was made tricky by the distinct lack of darkness, I put the trap out last night for the first time since 21 June. The reward was an impressive 11 new species for the year including Lime Hawkmoth and a lovely Buff Arches along with a slightly bizarre looking Snout which had lost its snout!
